Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Payments can be made through the secure online payment methods available on the Stackables by NJ website.

Return and Exchange Policy

Stackables by NJ offers exchanges only in cases of damage during transit or incorrect delivery. We do not offer refunds. Approved returns will be processed as store credits for future purchases.
To initiate an exchange, email stackablesbynj@gmail.com with your order details, product images, and a brief description of the issue. Once verified, our team will share return instructions, and the matter will be resolved within 1–2 weeks.
