Returns & Exchanges

At Stackables by NJ, we hope you love your purchase. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help. Please review our updated policy below.

Eligibility

Exchanges are applicable only for items damaged in transit or delivered incorrectly. All custom-made or personalized orders are strictly non-returnable.

Notification Window

Customers must inform us within 24–48 hours of receiving their order in case of a damaged or incorrect product. Please email stackablesbynj@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the item.

Condition of Items

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags, packaging, and security labels intact. Products not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for exchange or store credit.

Exchange Process

Once your request is verified, our team will schedule a pickup within 5–10 working days. Upon receiving the product, we will inspect and process the exchange. If approved, the issue will be resolved within 1–2 weeks — approximately one week if the product is being fixed or up to two weeks if a replacement is required.

Shipping Costs

The replacement shipment from our side will be free of cost. 

Colour Accuracy

We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible; however, variations may occur due to screen differences.

Right to Refuse Returns

Stackables by NJ reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request at its sole discretion.
