Shipping Time

Orders are typically processed  and shipped within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase.
During peak periods, new launches, or sales, processing times may extend slightly due to high order volumes. Custom or made-to-order jewellery may require additional time, which will be communicated at checkout or via email.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across India. Enjoy a seamless shopping experience and have your order delivered right to your doorstep at no extra cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking details. You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking ID.

Custom Orders & Delays

Custom-made or personalised pieces may take longer to produce and ship. You will be notified of the estimated delivery timeline before order confirmation.
Stackables by NJ is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen logistics issues, public holidays, or natural events beyond our control.

Incorrect Address / Non-Delivery

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch. Please double-check your address and contact details at checkout.

International Shipping (if applicable)

Currently, Stackables by NJ ships only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon, and the policy will be updated accordingly.

Damage or Tampering During Transit

If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, please do not accept it and notify us immediately at stackablesbynj@gmail.com with photos and your order details. We will assist you with the next steps.
